C\u00f4t\u00e9 actifs\/rendements \u00e0 proprement parler, un nouveau ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se distingue en 2022\u00a0: celui des<em> \u00ab\u00a0dry core\u00a0\u00bb. <\/em>Ces derniers correspondent \u00e0 des actifs sur lesquels les investisseurs attendent une r\u00e9version, acceptant temporairement de payer un taux de rendement relativement bas\u00a0: en tenant compte de la typologie et de la localisation de l\u2019actif, les investisseurs s\u2019attendent en effet \u00e0 une augmentation significative du loyer en cas de d\u00e9part du locataire actuel.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>QVT et <em>Healthy Lifestyle<\/em> comme horizons<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les imp\u00e9ratifs sanitaires cons\u00e9cutifs \u00e0 la crise de Covid-19 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de prioriser la notion de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europropmarket.com\/actualites\/rse-qualite-de-vie-au-travail-teambuilding-et-management-bienveillant-les-conseils-pour-creer-une-culture-dentreprise-forte\/\">qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/a> (QVT) et de bien-\u00eatre, notamment au sein des immeubles de bureaux. L\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des espaces de bureaux aupr\u00e8s des collaborateurs impose la cr\u00e9ation de v\u00e9ritables environnements \u00ab\u00a0healthy\u00a0\u00bb, incluant des espaces de d\u00e9tente, salles de sport, bureaux permettant de travailler dans le calme etc. Car en effet la valeur d\u2019un immeuble au regard des investisseurs tend de plus en plus \u00e0 devenir tributaire de l\u2019opinion des salari\u00e9s.
