La digitalisation d&rsquo;un nombre croissant d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s et l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence d&rsquo;un environnement hyper connect\u00e9 sont le symbole d&rsquo;une \u00e9conomie d\u00e9sormais caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par une mobilit\u00e9 accrue, et ce au sein m\u00eame des espaces de bureaux. Les collaborateurs et salari\u00e9s en entreprises peuvent d\u00e9sormais travailler en tout lieu, comme le d\u00e9montre la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et du Home office. Ce nouveau cadre technologique combin\u00e9 aux nouvelles exigences en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail impose aux immeubles de bureaux une prise en compte des imp\u00e9ratifs de flexibilit\u00e9 et de mobilit\u00e9, auxquels s&rsquo;ajoutent d\u00e9sormais les contraintes sanitaires li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de Covid-19.<\/p>\n<h2>La red\u00e9finition des espaces de bureaux<\/h2>\n<p>La r\u00e9duction des surfaces de bureaux, afin d&rsquo;assurer leur ad\u00e9quation avec les besoins r\u00e9els et ainsi \u00e9viter les d\u00e9penses inutiles, n&rsquo;est pas la seule \u00e9volution perceptible au sein du march\u00e9 immobilier de bureaux : outre la volont\u00e9 de certaines entreprises d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir ou de louer des bureaux moins volumineux, c&rsquo;est \u00e9galement le design de ces espaces qui s&rsquo;adapte aux nouvelles organisations du travail.
