Autant d&rsquo;\u00e9volutions majeures accompagnant les nouveaux modes de travail qui se sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9s durant les confinements &#8211; t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, Flex office et nomadisme professionnel en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. L&rsquo;immobilier d&rsquo;entreprise est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter en ce qui concerne les locaux professionnels eux-m\u00eames qui, au-del\u00e0 des nouvelles organisations du travail, doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 de nouvelles exigences sanitaires et \u00e9cologiques associant r\u00e9silience et protection de la sant\u00e9. Les professionnels de l&rsquo;immobilier d&rsquo;entreprise anticipent donc une hausse des investissements en direction des immeubles les plus \u00ab eco-friendly \u00bb, qui garantissent entre autres une qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air optimale.<\/p>\n<h2>La r\u00e9silience du secteur logistique<\/h2>\n<p>C&rsquo;est sans doute l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.europropmarket.com\/entrepot-local-activite\/location\/\">immobilier logistique<\/a> qui pr\u00e9sente des signaux particuli\u00e8rement positifs, compte tenu de l&rsquo;essor important du e-commerce. En effet les ventes en ligne devraient repr\u00e9senter 16,2% du total des ventes de d\u00e9tail en 2020 dans les principaux pays europ\u00e9ens (contre 12% en 2019). Le secteur logistique constitue donc une classe d&rsquo;actifs particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la crise, notamment du fait de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des investisseurs asiatiques. L&rsquo;importance strat\u00e9gique que rev\u00eat d\u00e9sormais la supply-chain &#8211; comme l&rsquo;illustre en France le rapport Hemar\/Dahert &#8211; consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un facteur clef pour la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises devrait entra\u00eener une multiplication des points d&rsquo;approvisionnement et donc une hausse de la demande r\u00e9gionale.
