Concernant les actifs core+, les investisseurs acceptent un rendement l\u00e9g\u00e8rement moins s\u00e9curis\u00e9 en \u00e9change d&rsquo;une hausse potentielle de la valeur de l&rsquo;immeuble.<\/p>\n<h2>Les actifs value-added<\/h2>\n<p>Les actifs value-added se caract\u00e9risent par leur potentiel de repositionnement sur le march\u00e9 \u00e0 travers des processus de conversion \u2013 transformation d&rsquo;immeubles de bureaux en logements \u2013 de r\u00e9habilitation, ou de ren\u00e9gociation des baux.
