Or il s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que la mutation des modes de travail \u2013 t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, Flex office, nomadisme professionnel en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u2013est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne progressif qui laisse amplement le temps aux SCPI de s&rsquo;adapter au march\u00e9 immobilier tertiaire post-covid19, d&rsquo;autant plus que les bureaux int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au patrimoine de ces soci\u00e9t\u00e9s restent li\u00e9s par leur contrat de bail. Plus important encore, l&rsquo;immobilier de bureaux ne s&rsquo;est pas effondr\u00e9 face \u00e0 la crise : il reste dynamique dans la plupart des grandes m\u00e9tropoles et traverse tout simplement une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;\u00e9volution en termes de taille des surfaces et de flexibilit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents.
